Cain 28% is leading Romney and Perry (18%/17% respectively) in the new zogby poll. If it werent for all the damn racists voiting for Romney and Perry, he might have a bigger lead. Paul is at 11% or so.

I had a lib friend say Cain is ahead ONLY because he is black.
it falls in line with their thinking that the ONLY reason Pubs do not like Obama is because he is black.

so republicans are supporting Cain to show they are not racist.

Many libs/dems can't seem fathom anyone looking at issues and making a decision .
 
Wow. I kind of liked Cain at the very beginning but had given up on him as he didn't seem to have a chance. He's about the only guy in the Republican field that I actually like and could vote for without holding my nose.
 
Herman Cain at this point is nothing more than the GOP lawn jockey; plainly visible in their front yard but with no chance of actually being admitted into the house.

Cain is okay. At this point, I would prefer Christie with maybe Cain, Rubio, or Huntsman as his running mate. Maybe my opinion will change, though.

Prediction: If Christie enters the race and soon takes over the polling lead from Cain, it will be loudly proclaimed by the left that it is because Christie is white and Cain is black. Mark my words.

I actually liked the ideas Cain had and thought about voting for him until someone here pointed out he's black. I just didn't see it.

Come the TX primary time I'll be voting for Cain, it's just too hard to vote for an aggy
