Kirk Bohls had this as a crazy prediction and all the Kentucky Basketball Boards seem to be confirming it saying Calipari never wanted him to begin with and recruited him to piss Pitino of at Louisville.Link

This is the BIG we needed to replace TT and gives us a legit post presence and shotblocker.

I'm a little worried about his "motivations," per se. It seems like he had a really rough transition from HS to college with his baby and girlfriend and everything.

I'm guessing he sees us as "one-and-done-friendly" and is hoping he can get the paycheck after a short stint. But if we need big men, then I guess it might be worth it for a year.

This stuff has been swirling around in Kentucky because that's how they follow UK hoops. About 90 percent of this is based on Bohls's crazy prediction.

OK, so Bohls confirmed it somehow? He hasn't seen fit to say that anywhere on the Statesman site, at least that I can see.

I have to say these last few prospects DeAndre Daniels and now Woods have made the recruiting process more frustrating than interesting.

This is another recruiting process that has just been dragged out. We are still in the thick of this according to CBS Sports.
Woods should take a look at the roster and know he'll get significant minutes in games that matter on a national stage. Texas is the best situation for him

Don't get your hopes up. The latest rumor from the weekend was that he is headed to Oregon.

Don't think I'd want to touch that situation anyhow. We can get 4.6 and 2.3 from Clint Chapman.

They could have used either Olu Ashaolu or Woods, and lost them both to Oregon.

Woods provided depth or a possible starter inside. He would have been quite useful.

What they have right now, until proven differently, is a bubble team at best.
