seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
In a spray bottle: Apple Juice, beer and Lea & Perrins. Spray liberally before done, then hit with somemore L&P's... take off grill

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Bacon, Onion & Garlic Green Beans...

Side: Grilled Tomatoes: w/ parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, garlic powder.. olive oil.

and a little Llano Cabernet to go with it... well, ok the whole bottle.
