Tonight I did something very very gay

I actually went into a sports bar, and asked the bartender to tune one of the TV's (showing Hockey) to "The Bachelor".

I'd never watched that show before (what a piece o' ****, BTW) but my niece's boyfriend had won some contest, and proposed to her via TV commercial during that show...sponsored by a Jewelry store chain.

Anyway, the young man (who's a nice guy, BTW) looked like quite the dork during his 24 seconds on national TV.

I haven't spoken to the future bride as yet...hell, until they tracked me down under the hornfans blimp in Pasadena, I hadn't seen her in a year. Anyhoo, I assume the answer is yes.

I'd never watched the NBA before (what a piece o' ****, BTW) but my niece's boyfriend had won some contest and was taking a half court shot to win 10 Grand.

Anyway, the young man (terribly nice young fellow) looked very nonathletic during his 24 seconds on national TV.



Just saying you might want to use something other than "gay" to describe your actions, unless you were actually having sex with another man.

I was working, out of town. The bar was next to my jobsite, my hotel was 15 miles away.
