Email some, delete a lot. Anything else I should do or look to keep clean? Email is not an issue because we are required to save all anyway.

I use firfox which help a lot. I will clear all my info from there as well as run adaware to remove all the pr0n. Ive had the idoit intern running the shreader non stop this week. Dont want to leave anything for the SEC

reformat hard drive and leave.

Reformat it and then stick a magnet inside the hardcase. That way, they'll never get it work again anyways.

Better yet, buy a new drive that matches the spec of the old drive. Swap it with the old drive and take the old one with you.

Here's what I did:

copied my c

rive on an external Maxxtor. Deleted my temp internet files and cookies. Deleted all bookmarks. Deleted everything on my C

rive and in my documents. Used the windows "disk cleanup." Defragged the hard drive.
