I'm betting somebody had to make a beer run last night. No way y'all had enough to last the whole game.

I watched Friday night's game out there, but I'm glad I was inside for the marathon-- I am afraid I wouldn't have a liver if I'd been out there!

I bet there were some very unhappy workers in the concession stands. They thought they would be out of there by 10:00 pm tops.

I was inside the park, but made two trips to my truck in the 19th & 22nd innings. while watching with those guys and finishing off a beer in the 23rd, one guy offered me $5 for a beer. I woulda gave him one if I'd had it with me, but I wasn't running back to my truck again. those guys were pretty entertaining

Those guys are pretty well-stocked out there. I think they've got an arrangement with the local liquor store, have them on speed dial, and get free delivery since they are premium customers.

Don't think anyone from Augieville ever has to leave for a beer run.

For all you military folks and proud Horns out there, you'll be happy to know that not a single Army fan who walked by Augieville was not offered a beer and some Texas hospitality after their win on Sat afternoon and Robert and Katy had the entire Army parent contingent over for food and drinks on Friday afternoon before Game #2. Heck of a weekend overall so far.

we made the first beer run in the 11th inning.

about two innings later our friend pulls up in a yellow cab with about 8 cases of lonestar.

by the 18th inning we were scavengers.. some licked the sweat off others for that sweet taste of alcohol. there was nothing sweet about it.

We made a few parking lot runs so we could just fill up a stadium cup with beer and bring it right on in. The gatekeepers we're not watching that closely after midnight.
The guys behind us were saying hey that's not fair they have beer but they were cool about it.

My two buddies and I went through two cases but didn't run out until the last inning.

We ordered pizza in the 3rd and were seriously contemplating ordering more in like the 19th.

We gave poor #24 in left field a really hard time starting around the 16th and continuing for the rest of the game.
