highly unlikely. your only bet is if you had coverage that has since disappeared in a given area (not if you moved to a new place and have bad coverage). it's a contract for a reason.
I know its a contract, but if I pay my bill on time and given a crappy product I think I should have some recourse. Just like if I didnt pay my bil they would have recourse. To say the least I am very disappointed and dont believe I need to pay $400 to get out of the contract. Thats why I asked if anyone had an out- I know a year or two ago someone knew of a sprint contract out on here.
Hihijack. 68 turned me on to TMobile. Never looked back, still have their service. Won't change. I even gave others a chance to get my business and they performed epic fail.
Why are you switching? Is it for a phone or you lost reception? I think if you can prove to them you have bad reception and they cannot do something about it then they are not living up to their end of the bargain.
If anybody will work with you, it is them. Unparallelled customer service.
one of the reasons i switched was because of he customer service... needles to say my experience is a total disappointment. besides the dropped calls, the constant ability not to have our plan accurate and $400+ bills when they should be 140 or so. we went through a company rep that works for my wifes company and they continue to drop the ball. maybe we would have been beeter off just going to the store. i could go on and on...
I've been overwhelmingly happy with their customer service. Try calling them and seeing what you might be able to work out. They've let me out of a contract before when it was three months pre-expiration.
Wow. You must be the one percentile that somehow got somebody on a bad day or their last day there. Of the dozens of times I have dealt with them they have always bent over backwards to help me, sometimes offering way more than they would need to fix the situation.
So sorry to hear that your dumb luck is in the realms of unfathomable. Good luck with your new company. You will need a complete reversal of that luck to get good service elsewhere as a general rule.
