Some one punch the Rators coaching staff in the forehead. The guy with the most points on the team at the end of the third (TJ) did not play a single second of the 4th. Huh wonder why they lost? Maybe because the games leading scorer rode the pine in the clutch!?!?! Bosh and TJ, are a force. Bosh and Calderon (sp?) nothing special.
Calderon is a good player and in certain circumstances TJ sitting is the right move but they should be going by who is hot and who is not. TJ was hot and taking him out is idiotic.
This series was so ****** up. TJ was basically forced to watch them lose three close games while sitting the entire fourth quarter.
But to get back on topic. Even if you decide you want Calderon to finish the game, a la Sam, when you are down 10 pts with four minutes, it is absolutely absurd not to play TJ. It may be debatable who is the better point guard (It is TJ by the way). But it is not debatable who is better in that situation. TJ can take over games, it might not work, but in that situation there is nothing to lose.
I think T.J. could lead the Lakers to a title. He would be Kobe's new best friiend. I'm not even a lakers fan, but as a T.J. Ford fan I would love to see him go somewhere where he can shine, and possibly win a title, and I think he could do all that in L.A.
