TJ Ford went off for 28 points last night against the Lakers.

Kevin Durant went off for 27.

Lamarcus Aldridge scored 20.

Texas players are beginning to tear it up.

Is this the first time in history when three former Horns scored over 20 in the NBA on the same night?

Hopefully next time they're better than 1-2 in the W-L column. And how does LA play 37 minutes and come away with 2 rebounds???

It was almost done once before this year. TJ, Durant and Aldridge all went for more than 20 in the second game of the season. Unfortunately, Portland played on Nov. 3, while Seattle and Toronto played on Nov. 4. Damn scheduling quirks.

Whatever gets Royal to another contract.

Especially as the years mount up, even the guys on the bench get paid really well in the NBA. Ivey is such a success story.

There was even a "Royale with cheese" reference on Sportscenter when they showed a highlight of his when talking about the Bucks game.

funny thread about Ivey.

but honestly, just managing to hang around in the NBA this long is an awesome achievement for Ivey. He could have a really long career if he keeps working hard

From ESPN:

Durant is enjoying one of his best weeks yet this season, with 20 ppg on 49 percent shooting in his past five games. He's gone to the line 31 times in those games, making 28. And best of all, he's taken only three shots from beyond the arc. Compare that to January, when he took 46 3-pointers, or November, when he took 70.

He's learning!
