1. Mantle graduated from high school in spring 1949.

2. Royal was playing quarterback for Oklahoma in fall 1949.

3. Royal was NEVER the head coach of Oklahoma.

Earlier in that game he said how JD Drew has really taken advantage of hitting in front of Manny Ramirez. He could have left it there, but instead blurted out something along the lines of, "You have to wonder if David Ortiz has gotten better pitches over the years hitting in front of Ramirez."

And he gets paid to say dumb crap like that for hours each week.
