Yep, no doubt! Some may want to follow him to UNC, others may check other options. But I doubt many if any will jump this late. Going forward, It may be more noticeable.

Brewster and Mack may not compete with Texas and aggy directly for many recruits, but his departure from aggy may well cause them issues. He has always been an ace recruiter.
