Tiger withdraws

after shooting 6 over on the front nine. He looks like he's truly hurting but also like he just doesn't give a crap (which probably goes hand in hand). I've never been a big fan of his "persona" even before the hit the tree debacle. What's my point?? I don't know for sure but I do know that when I saw the withdrawal it again brought home the realization as to how quickly your life can change (going either direction). (Also see Seve). If he is truly hurt, I do hope he gets better.

I don't doubt that he's hurting physically. But he gutted it out to win an Open on a horrible knee - guess shooting a 42 on the front made it a bit easier to yield to the physical pains.
