Well, Texas fans , your dreams of paying off your entire season's worth of tickets with this one game are over..nobody waiting to buy is going to pay $400 a ticket for the worst seats in the house ...and nobody that is still waiting is going to pay a $1000 plus for a lower level ticket for a regular season game ...time to lower prices..your stubhub window is closing fast

Sounds like somebody still doesn't have tickets.

If you had gotten off your *** when they first went on sale, you could have gotten good seats for less than $200. Now you've waited too long and you are going to have to pay good money. STBY.

Come on guys, be a little more sympathetic. They dont offer second mortgages on swamp trailers.

I'll be sitting in the best seats in the house, my recliner. Hope you all have a great time at the game. I took that money I would have used on those tickets and bought a big screen TV. Now it's time to put it to use.

We will never abandon our dreams, also we are rich
To properly explain this for the non-Texas fans...what Driver 8 is saying is that it is our vehicles that are mobile, not our residences...

Oh, and we light our cigars with any tickets that might go unsold on the secondary market...

Big question marks over all these people's headed next Thursday afternoon when they are still holding tickets they can no longer sell at a premium because they were too greedy ...$105K seat stadium ..,going to be plenty of seats .

You truly don't grasp that not everyone with a listed ticket actually HAS to sell said seat...these sorts of games historically get some who list their seats and if they sell, they sell...if not, they go to the game.

Sorry you still don't have tickets for the game.

I watched people paying 350-400+ day of game few years ago for ND game...mediocre seats.. same for USC. Don't think anybody trying to sell seats for this game is panicking. If you make it in...you won't see empty seats that night...except when Tiger fans start to exit early for that looong, depressing drive home.

And when you do lower prices (preferably to below market value), please give me a call. :smile1:

I was at LSU Georgia game last year and counted no less than 20 Prevost LSU RV’s in one lot. Can Texas handle 300 or more visiting RV’s for one game???? I was only counting the 7 digit “swamp trailers”.

Having been to Baton Rouge for games, some tips:

1) We do not arrive Wednesday to set up and start cooking

2) Space is very limited

3) Our tailgates are lame compared to yours. On a scale of 10, we are a 2 if LSU is a 10, but then who other than Ole Miss and the boats in Knoxville rivals LSU? LSU are the kings. You just need a coach and team worthy of the tailgate.

Well , you guys finally cratered ...just picked up two tix on stubhub for face ...I knew it would happen just not this quickly

First of all there is not a face value on any ticket.
The cheapest price on Stubhub is $315
So how much did you pay
I'll say it now you are full of :e-poo:

Lol, cheapest ticket for two on stub hub is $316 plus their astronomical fees. I'm guessing you bought a parking pass. Enjoy the game after the tailgate from the parking lot on your 16" Visio. Must suck to pay so much when you could have watched for free from your swamp trailer.

Space is even more limited this year. Big parking lots are gone. I bet Bevo Blvd will be where it is shoulder to shoulder tomorrow with both fan groups. Hopefully not fist to fist!

I haven’t heard that in forever

I take it you live West of Katy or north of Woodville.

Two of the areas of my hometown were known as "Little Abbeville" and "Hebertville".

When I was moving my daughter into her dorm room, I first hooked up the TV, so I could watch A&M (only game on).

She came in and said, "Daddy, somehow I don't think the other people understand that "worthless piece of **** coonass" is a term of endearment when you talk to RC or that y'all are friends".

Parents grew up in woodville, jasper, doucette so forth and so on

Back to tickets for LSU, I’m still looking, and willing to pay upwards of $650.00 each (now, not at the game) for 2 lower section 4 or 5 seats. Prefer very low. Are there any trustworthy brokers out there? The sites are still asking around $1,400 for those seats. I think they’ll be half that by mid next week, but I would prefer not to wait.

Most I ever paid was around $200 at the game for ND in the mid-90s. It was one 50 yard line ticket about 5 rows up.
