Tickets question

I've been stuck in Chicago for the last 8 years (

), so haven't been close to being in the know on the best way to find tickets to some of the games in recent years. What's the best/cheapest way to obtain tickets to games these days? stubhub? Going to be in Texas around thanksgiving so was looking for tickets against Tech. Stubhub seems a bit pricey (almost $80 per ticket in the upperdeck end zone corner) ... unless those prices are just the way it is these days.

Life Member Ticket Service

Life Members may purchase football tickets that have been turned in to the Texas Exes*. The tickets are sold at face value. Tickets are only sold for home games and go on sale three hours before kickoff on a first come, first served basis at the Alumni Center. You must show your Life Member card or Life Member Key Tag to purchase tickets.

Or you could just go to Sholtz before the game and get tickets out front.
