What is the best way to go about getting tickets for this weekends games? How much are they going to cost, and who should i go through to get these tickets? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious if Aggy did indeed buy Super tickets? there was a lot of talk around here about how they did buy tickets. If they did buy the tickets, I'm guessing the tickets were not actually mailed, Aggy will get refund and the tickets will be available soon?

Another thing is the TCU factor, which I expect to be reasonably small. I will be impressed if they have more than 500 people in the stands.

Anybody have any tips for the general admission berm seating? When to arrive, anything we can bring to make it more comfortable, etc? I assume this will be a pretty crowded area...

Thanks!

I believe general admission tickets for single games go on sale a couple of hours before the game starts (if there are any). You can buy a general admission all session pass right now at Texasboxoffice.com. Bring a blanket to sit on, a hat, and some sunscreen.

I don't think you can get refunds on ticket purchases from Texas Box Office unless the event doesn't actually take place (e.g. if Texas had not advanced to supers). So all of the A&M fans who bought tickets will have to unload them or waste $30 per seat. They're all on TexAgs saying they're only going to sell to TCU fans, so just contact one of them and pretend to be a TCU fan.

After their descent at the end of conference play and the Big 12 tourney, I think deep down the ags weren't too confident about making it back to Austin. I think there was a lot of tallk about buying tickets early, but I'll bet in reality, not so much.

adUT - People selling tickets are normally in the parking lot/street area by the softball field. Also, you can check at tailgates for fans with extra tickets. Face value of a ticket for a non-season ticket holder is $12.00, $10.00 for season ticket holders. I do not know the "street value" for tickets.

I think Toree is referring to the fact that if you bought your season tix priority rights , the package is 30 bucks for 3 games= 10 bucks per game

There will be plenty of scalpers on the streets hawking tickets and asking way too much. Don't pay what they ask. Laugh at them and negotiate hard and walk away when they don't give you a good price. They'll deal if it looks like they will end up holding tickets. Wait until just at or after the game starts if you have to.
