I don't know how that worked. I know someone that got 2 different singles on 2 different transactions. I tried for a single the entire time and got nothing.

Well, congrats.

Closest I came to actually getting tickets is one of the guys in my group got 2 tickets, went to the checkout screen, and was then kicked from the system without receiving tickets. I was calling on 2 different phones and logging in on 2 different computers.

Nothing.

I actually made it to being on hold this time around. 4 years ago the web connection wouldn't connect and there was nothing but busy signal. I was happy to be on hold until it got to be 10 after and I was still on hold and I knew they were all gone... but my buddy called to say he got us tickets, so I'm good.
