Thoughts on Gables Barton Creek or Gables Terrace?

considering those apt complexes. anyone live there? any experiences?

lived at Gables Terrace when in first opened in '98-ish and it was called Ashton Park. At that time it was a great spot. Lots of tail, nice apartments.

Only thing that sucks about that area is you have to drive a relatively long *** way for fast food, groceries, etc.

thoughts on The Preserve at Travis Creek? i think that we might be doing that.

I lived at Gaines Ranch and had zero problems there. In fact, I really enjoyed living there. There can be bug issues because of the fact that they back up to the greenbelt. While this may be true, they will spray for bugs as often as you'd like.

big leonard, there are bug problems everywhere in Austin.

GF lived at the Terrance last year. Nice complex, big floor plans. Negatives, crappy neigbhors who made noise complaints at 10pm. Fine you feel if you leave trash next to your door for less than a day.
