1. Just another series win. Sorry to the astro fan out there who thinks we have just won the world series.
2. I heart watching L Berkman and J Hamilton
3. Laird's throw out of Bourne was incredible. This is the first time I've watched Bourne this year and his speed is ridiculous. The pitch got to Laird quickly and if it wasn't a perfect throw then he's safe without a tag.
4. The black lefty kid for Houston (Wright?) has great stuff for someone who looks like their 14 years old.
Guys doing great for Rangers that I'd still consider trading:
Kinsler-anyone who thinks we can't get a good pitcher is nuts. he's playing fantastic right now and while i'd love to have him i'd take getting some pitching.
Padilla-someone will bite and give us some talent. he's throwing too well right now and has a history of being a nut job.
J Benoit-I like D Mathis and it's too early to say Mathis is the man but at this point I wouldn't mind giving him a shot.
Laird-i've not given him credit for his defense which is awesome and he keeps swinging a good bat. if someone comes calling, it wouldn't be a bad idea to see what you could get.
Finally, I'm not trying to blow this team up. They are .500 and playing great (for the Rangers) but these are considerations if the Angels start to pull away with this.
