I hadn't followed recruiting for about 10 years; but I became enthralled this past cycle. I told myself that I'd be back to normal by February 7th (you know, to allow for withdrawal time).

And now, Charlie's going Strong, offers are flying out across the nation, recruits are tweeting, and I'm--

I know what you mean!

Salvion Smith (or Salvation Smith or whatever his name is) appears to be one bad mamma jamma. I'm sure he's FSU bound but I'm not sure when I've seen highlights as good as his.

The way I'm trying to look at it is that each one of these recruits is liable to decommit and recommit to multiple schools over the next 11+ months so what's going on now loses some of its meaning. I'll try to hold off on getting anxious until after next season is over.

Are you available for counseling? I need help!

CS said that a commitment anymore is just a "reservation" and the way we saw guys commit and then jump ship the last few weeks makes that a true statement. Although some jumped then came back...

WWF is not an attractive 'sport' for me. Seeing how some teams, or players, play one half diametrically opposed to the other halves has lessened my interest in the college game although I can't stay away. The older the players get in their college careers the reality that they won't make money playing professionally might impact their level of commitment to the sport is a very loose hypothesis that you cannot discuss too much till you hear about things like this:

This site is crazy: http://sportsfraud.blogspot.com/2013/04/how-games-are-fixed.html

The ugly underbelly of sports is seemingly ugly and some are better than others at covering their tracks at self imposed fumbles, etc, etc. I hate the WWF.

Bet against your team to buy the victory. You win either way. :)
