when me and my brother watched this we simultaneously said "holy ****. that's a fat tim herlihy" when we saw the land office guy. i think he was the guy who was asked the question "why don't i own this?"
and given the adam sandler to pt anderson connection, it totally made sense.
he's not credited but i don't even know that characters name.
