our stout defense gave up over 50% from the field.

This team needs to somehow get hungry again. don't have a clue how to make that happen.

I wonder if what someone else said earlier is a part of it. Having J. Lucas in there late in the first half, does that affect the team's morale, seeing him out there?

Just think, even if we had a complete first half, we win the game.

What was the run at the end of the half, something like 12-5 Colorado.

Is there a hangover from last year, guys knowing we blew it last year, here we go again kind of thing?

I'm not confident at all about our remaining games, if we lose 4 of our last 5, we're doing the same thing as last year, just a smaller scale version.

I never blame refs or umps for a loss. That said, these refs today called absolutely everything against the Horn's the first 10 min. of the 2nd half. We were getting mauled, but no calls until CU was close or in front.

Look at the freaking box score. 11 fouls called BEFORE the 10 min. mark of the 2nd half, most of them shooting fouls. I watched this game. There were just several ******** calls. That's what put CU back in this game.

Of course, Texas did not help matters much. They stopped screening in the 2nd half, stopped driving to the bucket in the 2nd half, and missed free throws again contributed greatly.

Just a terrible loss.
