The World Bank's recommendations to the G20

Finance for what? What specific steps to stop the climate from changing have been internationally agreed upon that they want to finance? No specific program related specifically to "climate change" has been agreed on as far as I am aware.

And if this money is not actually for trying to control the world's climate, then what is this money really for?
