10 lbs of tablitas and 5 lbs of beef fajitas followed by about 50 grasshoppers (jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese or cheddar and wrapped in bacon). 5 lbs of chicken fajitas done on gas grill.
 
Had people over and grilled pizzas Friday night. Then did spareribs and two pork butts on Saturday.
 
tablita is mexican style ribs. They are cut across the whole rack. They come in thin strips (imagine super thick bacon).
 
try a Fiesta or something like that.....we get the pre marinated ones. Or course the ones we like the best come from a pretty small little corner store. Its kinda like BBQ everyone has a different opinion and the marinade is the difference.
