I know many of y'all don't look more than a game or two down the schedule and focus only on the immediate game, but I was wondering whether anyone was making the trek out there.

I was looking at my offers and I actually have a number of comps that would give me that weekend out there including the full weekend at Caesars. While I have other travel out there planned, I was contemplating adding this one into the mix since it would allow me to catch a few games as well.

Also, does anyone know offhand which hotel the team was likely staying at? I know they tended in the past years to do Marriott properties...

as an update to one of my own questions, I have been informed they will be at NYNY. For those staying at that property, be forewarned that traffic may be a little more hectic than would usually be expected on the Strip at this time of year- The Cosmopolitan opens on the 15th and so traffic (both vehicle AND pedestrian) will be higher than usual.

I've also learned that the rumors of MGM being tight on comps or status matching seem to be accurate...contacted a host at the property and was offered a 'casino rate' that was not much lower than the posted web rates. Guess I will keep my comped stay just a little further north on the Strip...
