i think charles gets onto jim because he knows jim is capable of so much more. i think next season-with the pregnancy- jim will finally stand up to him and charles will come out and commend him for standing up for himself- followed by a big job offer.

The nurse made a comment about taking an x-ray and "are you pregnant?" Pam probably was late and said 'before you take the x-ray..."

OK episode until the Michael/Amy Ryan company sketch. From that moment on it was horrible.

the whole pam & jim storyline sucks so bad that i can't believe they're sticking with it.
i love the show but i think ever since they've been together it's been markedly less good.
