Can you imagine ascending a balloon 24 miles up and jumping off from the edge of space? On top of that you are free falling at an average speed of 833 mph breaking the sound barrier outside of an aircraft?! And to make things interesting he had to recover from a deadly spin during freefall or he could have blacked out. Felix Baumgartner has balls of steel. I can't wait until the discovery special in November.
