I love Colbert. Those 3 are tremendous lineup to compete against each other.

I read somewhere that he’s not going to be in character, which might free him up to do a much broader range of comedy. He’s really talented.

I hate to see him move out of current situation/format. Even confined to a role, he's funny and entertaining. But I eventually got sick and tired of tired of Steve Carell as boss in The Office, so maybe Colbert needs to expand.

I like this. He's a lot funnier than Letterman.
