I am cautious about making sweeping statements. I was not willing to say Texas is back after the victories over USC and TCU. But, after reeling off four straight against tough teams: USC, TCU, KSU, and now OU, I say Texas is back. Back, Baby, Back!!

Sam, the O line, Ingram, the receivers all really good today. And if TH would have kept the foot on the accelerator l think we would have scored near 60.

But it worked out, because we have a gutsy little kicker who showed great heart and guts.
Sam had his best game of his career!! He's learned how to play the position. plays within himself now. Awesome.

I like that we've gotten better every week. You can see the improvement, and granted, this was against a really bad defense from OU. Ironically, if OU had kept more pressure on us on offense, we might have scored 60 points today.

I think we got more sloppy than conservative. We were still taking risks, but we kept putting ourselves in poor situations. One drive had a 1st and 20, another had a 1st and 23.
