Strictly prohibits federal employees from influencing federal elections etc. Here we have the FBI as well as federal employees within the DNC and the Clinton campaign PAYING for an investigation designed to influence an election. Will anyone be prosecuted or at least be fired? No, but Putin must be stopped!
