Ahhh...yes, they are Hawks. This hearing on foreign cyber threats isn't necessarily a hawkish move but necessary, IMHO. I hate the Congressional grandstanding in these hearings.

Those on the panel being "questioned" probably are saying to themselves "what a bunch of douschebags!"

Graham has already made conclusions. He doesn't want to throw pebbles. He wants to throw rocks. He's an arm chair warrior who is always ready to have "other people die" for his country or for their country.
