The Austin Bakehouse restaurant

I'll be interested in the reviews as I've often wanted to stop in. It's only around 15 minutes from my house & IIRC we have an occasional coupon (twofer) that shows up in the mail or in our Entertainment Guidebook.

Seconded. We went once, and seemed like it would have struggled to be "mediocre" on a good day. Big menu, though -- crummy food for every taste.

Been there once. Waiter was a little......odd. I can't remember the food. Obviously not good enough to have gone back since.

My uncle used to like it.

I bet I've been there 50 times. It's close and cheap. You get what you pay for.

I think it's a Sunday morning lesbian meeting place, no joke. The waitstaff do seem to be what I imagine meth addicts to be like?

I have. It's ok. The food sounds better on the menu that it tastes on the plate, but you could do worse.

Where else can you get fondue, fajitas and teriyaki chicken on the same menu?

It's cheap and the food is OK, but it's nothing special.
