Isn't the defensive coordinator a "last-minute" hire? Didn't their resident DC have a severe family illness problem to take care of, stepped down, and aggy didn't have time to go through their good-old-boy evaluation to make sure the replacement drank maroon Kool Aid, and got a real lucky hire?

I'm at stage 3 about the Horns, but replace Jerrod with Greg Davis. I am, however, at stage 1 for next year, since we finally looked better on Saturday in most of the things that looked like terminal problems for this year. Plus, at Texas, if this year isn't 'the year' then there is a good chance that next year is.
