Thanksgiving Dinner @ Tailgate before AM game ...

Anyone have any hints or suggestions for making it easier to serve T-giving dinner @ a tailgate (before the A&M game)?? Also, any suggestions on what to serve? Am trying to keep it simple (if possible) and am sort of worried about keeping foods @ the right temperature (especially turkey) in the ice chest. We plan to get some dry ice and also will have sliced turkey breast rather than the whole bird. Any suggestions on sides, etc. would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I read the thread subject and opened it only to find scottsins read my mind.

I would also suggest heating up canned green beans with a nice dose of bacon drippings. Easy as that and will taste 'homemade.' That would be a great side.
I am still trying to come up with a 'stuffing' or dressing suggestion and can't yet.

A roaster oven with buffet pans is also a great way to keep food warm. Works like a steam table. Really good if you have enough power.

YOu can use sterno candles to keep stuff warm.. actually it'll keep it pretty hot. It's the same thing caterers use to keep trays warm before serving.
