Thanksgiving Day Drinking

My buddy runs the Boulevard Bar and Grill on Far West, and he will be opening up at 1 on Thanksgiving Day for anyone that either isn't going home for Thanksgiving or is just sick of the family's **** and wants to go get a few beers. Not sure if they are going to run any specials or not, but I would be very surprised if there weren't some cheap pints to be had! They are also doing $1.50 Bud Light and .25 Buffalo wings during the aggy game on Friday if y'all need a place to watch!

It's been a long time since I've been there, but they've served me a couple of damn good burgers.

I'll be out of town on Thursday, but I definitely need to make it back sometime.

The Blvd. does serve up some good burgers. They serve them on some tasty wheat bread. I think they are 2 for 1 on Saturdays. I think they have cheap beer specials too.

The night before T-giving (tonight, as a matter of fact), I hit beer joints with a buddy. It is to gird me for the experience of smiley happy face family time for days.

I will be at the Little Longhorn around 9 or 10 tonight. I will drink some Pearl, and hang out with a bunch of old fucks who don't have any family or don't give a ****.

Oslo was actually pretty busy last night downtown.

The Boulevard was pretty quiet last night, mainly because people kept coming in wanting food and it was a "bar only" night because there was no cook. I got good and toasted, anyway!!

The aggy game should be fun up there today, unless something insane happens like the Horns lose, in which case the joint will probably be destroyed!

I don't see that happening!
