Yeah. I second this. Congrats to LSU!!!!!!!!!! You guys ******* deserved it. Mitchell played great. I wish we can play you guys again next season in omaha. **** Im pissed we lost but please beat Lorida in football next year whenever you play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were the better team tonight, Texas was the better team last night and Mondays thriller was the real deciding game.

Congrats to LSU.
 
Them Horns are about the scariest bunch to have to face anywhere, anytime. You guys did not win tonight but damn if you did not win. You have a phenomenal collection of athletes. You made it the perfect series. Thanks for having me around, without injury.

Congrats to LSU, they earned it. Lots of great players up and down that line up, great defense, great pitching, class act all the way.

The only thing wrong with the series was the presence of Miles, taking up time that could have been dedicated to seeing the numerous hot LSU girls instead.

Hats off to LSU on a hard fought series and a well deserved championship. this is what college baseball is about. all you can ask for is to have your team in position to play for it all and when you do, you want to play the best. Great series between two great programs. Hope to see you again next year.

Congrats to the LSU Tigers on a great championship series. One thing I like about the Tigers is their team speed and tenacity on defense. It was a well-played series, started with an extra-inning win by the Bengals, and a complete game win by the Horns.

And finished by a winner-take-all between two programs that now share 12 total championships.
 
Props and grats to the LSU players, coaches and families. Same to most of their fans too. Great series and you have a heck of a team. What say we do this again next year and sort out the all-time second team...waaay behind USC.

The better team won for sure. Texas played with a ton of heart and resolve, but had this been a team decathalon, I'm guessing we'd have come up even further short. I like the festive fans of LSU, where were they in the Cotton Bowl in January 2003? I guess cold weather and Roy Williams end arounds can dampen the beads. But LSU played great all post-season. Texas was gassed yesterday. Me thinks LSU loses a hell of a lot more than Texas so we won't get a shot at revenge in Omaha in 2010. That much is certain. The Horns will be back however.....
