Thankfully this season is almost over

It's painful watching mlb this year. The end of steroids and imo "greenies" has really hurt the run total this year. It's like we are back to the 80's. Only thing is the managers are not adjusting and trying to manufacture runs. How many times did I see 2 men get on first and second this year only to see no attempt to move the guys over and show a 0 run total for the inning. Managers are still running their teams like some guy is going to go out and hit a home run every time at bat. It is painful to watch.

The Rangers do a lot of bunting (OK, OK, so sometimes it's not successful) and they have more infield hits than anybody else. They just can't seem to get a sac fly when they need it (much like a team that wears burnt orange that we know and love).

I have no complaints about the way baseball is played right now. I'm just damn glad they're playing it, and that the Rangers are going to get to keep playing for a while longer.

I'd like to see the Rangers do something this post season but I do not think they are going anywhere without a healthy hamilton and frankly, i do not care for their manager.

I love all of the running. It was funny tonight on ESPN, they were talking about how the Rays are gonna run against the Rangers, and how the Rangers won't be able to handle the running.

didn't even mention how much the Rangers have run. I think especially lately with Borbon, we have been running very successfully.

Should be a great series. I predict it will go 5 if we play the Rays.

thank goodness we're back to real baseball....pitching, defense first, run production 2nd

i like this team, the way it's constructed, the way they play...a few errors on basepaths here n there but overall it's an exciting brand of baseball

i hated our teams in the 90s...no shot of beating a team like the yanks, who were built around pitching and defense...

baseball today is like the early 70s and i'm happy for it.
