Thai food question

I don't know anything about Thai food and need some help identifying a dish I ate the other night.

I was at a buddy's house late after a night of drinking. While everyone had already crashed, I was digging through his fridge when I found a spicy Thai dish consisting of green beans and what I'm guessing was shredded pork.

Does anyone know what dish I'm talking about or what it's called?

I don't know but my thoughts are:
1. It's not very nice to eat other people's leftovers
2. Whenever you find out what this dish is, it isn't going to taste as good as it did that night
