It's $15 off regular price if you're a card-holding Texas-Ex, and it's all the beer you can handle. That's the good news. The bad news is, the regular price is $110 a head.

My wife and I could stick with In-and-Out Burger and two kegs and come out ahead. WAY ahead.

I had friends that went to the Texas Exes tailgate in 2006 and they said it was OVERPRICED for the food you got (one fajitas)... they said they ran out of food quickly...

I was part of a tailgate next to the bayou that goes through the golf course...we brought our own food and beer and had a great time for much less...

The $95 for members and $110 for non-members should include LIQUOR and not just beer... believe it's a major rip-off...

Also much better to wander around to all the Texas tailgates and mingle... probably will get MUCH BETTER FOOD and MUCH MORE food and drink than you could at the Texas Exes party...

Just my two cents!

For what it's worth...the Bama Alumnus party is costing $150.00 for baked chicken and beer.

Last time was not worth it. Go to a bar in Old Town and then stumble to the game.

I went to the one for the USC game and we had a blast. Old Towne is a long walk to the Rose Bowl. Like 1-2 miles. We parked in Old Towne and walked. Did not park at the Rose Bowl; it was a mess to park at the Bowl.

I had no regrets. This year is about $30 more though per head. That said, if I was going to the game, I would be buying these passes.

Hey guys, the Texas Exes are having a big tailgate party north of the Rose Bowl on 1/7/10. Tickets are being sold now and they expect to sell out before Christmas, so anyone interested in going should get their tickets soon.

I was at the Exes Rose Bowl tailgate for the Michigan game, and I regretted it. The LHB came by outside the tailgate fence shortly before the game, and that was worth it. I had left the tailgate headed for the game when the LHB showed up. I was closer to the band that those inside the tailgate.
