Texas Wine Recommendations?

Flat Creek Super Texan

This is one of my favorite wines. This link says it's $20, but I'm pretty sure you can find it cheaper. Check Grapevine out if you're in Austin. If this doesn't float your boat, they can help you find something else.

The Becker Claret is pretty good, and I'm sure others on here will agree.

"Iconoclast", also by Becker, is good too.

red wines are not really a Texas specialty, but I'd agree with the Becker Claret suggestion

Both Spicewood Vineyards and Flat Creek make really good, reasonably priced reds. They're both at Grapevine, and I've even seen them at bigger HEBs in town.

I actually had a taste of this at the Becker Vinyards last weekend and it was great.

I bought a bottle and it was $18.95.
