Boening has actually pitched pretty well this year. Not today though.

He's pitched well bottom line-wise, but he hasn't had very good stuff and hasn't missed any bats. He's got two strikeouts in 14 Big 12 innings this year. If you do that, you're playing with fire. The hits are eventually going to start falling in.
