Texas v Baylor Game 1

Taylor Jungmann on mound for Horns. BU got a leadoff hit in top of first but stranded the runner at second.

Texas scored its run on a throwing error in the top of the second.

Muncy lead off walk. BU has put a runner on base every inning so far.

Glime flies out to center.

Walla with infield single, Lusson to second.
Double steal puts them in scoring position but Loy grounds out to first.

Hainsfurther leads off for Bears singles up middle. Another lead off runner for BU at somepoint this is going to catch up with Taylor. 5th time in 6 innings.

Towey singles to right, runner to second.
Glime singles to right and lead runner scores, throw to third gets away and second runner scores and Glime is on third. Single and E3.

Horns have been playing with fire all night and it has caught up with them.

Slater for BU grounds to third but throw is wide then runner heads toward second for some reason and is tagged out Weird play but two down and runner didnt leave third.

Ware pops out to end inning. Bears take lead though 2-1.
 
Top 7: OU up 10-1 on KSU so at least some good news tonight so far.

Rowe leads off with K looking. (6th Horn K tonight)

Horn bats have just not shown up tonight and once again Taylor is the hard luck starter who may not get the fate he deserves.

All the little things Texas has done during the win streak seem to be missing tonight. May or may not come back but it has not been pretty tonight.
