Well, we have been disappointed with the recruiting on the women's side, but somehow these ladies just don't give up. I know when Hooker graduates that is going to be a big hole to fill just like when her sister left (who was an even bigger whole because she was an automatic 20+ points for us).

Both A&M squads beat our teams. This is a problem as far as recruiting goes. They now have an indoor facility and they can use their success against us in nationals against us. It is a good thing Tennessee came through and won the NC or else A&M would be set for years!!!

If Bev wants to keep doing her thing, she needs to find one more world star to have an automatic 10-20 points and then just fill out our needs. We won't win many Big 12 championships anymore since Henry will have more depth, but we will always compete for the NC which is more important.

Good job by both teams finishing in the top 10 and let's hope that A&M doesn't stay on top of us for long.

A&M had a very disappointing meet on the women's side; they simply could not put it all together when it counts the most. We all know anything is possible at NCAA Indoor and Outdoor meets, but the Aggies falling short of a title has to be regarded as a huge upset...most qualifiers, top squad in the country all season long...all things considered, a very sad result for Henry.

As usual, Bev's squad came through and beat everyone's expectations...even during what many considered an off, or rebuilding year, with just three individual competitors...a top-four team finish. Outstanding.
