The closed nature of the Texas program, isolating players and coaches from fans is not amenable to these kind of fan/team interactions. Not surprising to see fan attendance averages at Frank Irwin Center in decline the last three years.

Regrettable but true.

So far T Tech is mismanaging the event. Crowd noise totally overwhelms the coaches interviews. Interviews basically inaudible. Inept, T Tech, inept. Just give them a mike, it's basic broadcasting not executed very well today in Lubbock.
