There is nothing wrong with your program. The problem is your unable to attract top level recruits. You can't compete with tv exposure, top notch facalities nor due you have the alumni funds to bring in a high profile coach.

My roommate went to Texas State and we were talking about it the other day. I know they don't get the top recruits and all but do they really have to suck that bad. I figure with so much Texas talent they would be able to be contenders in there conference year in and year out.

I went to SWT. I always wondered why Texas aTm Kingsville, Sam Houston, etc have better programs.

With any program it starts with Coaching. You have to get the right man in there to set up a foundation. Take Bu for instance. The job Briles has already done with this program thus far this year. In a couple of years he will have that program contending mark my word.
