Per the UT website...the game is the 28th

It's Friday. Houston and Detroit are the two Friday/Sunday regionals.

Right now that means the following games Friday night:
Midwest
Kansas vs. Villanova
Wisconsin vs. Davidson

South
Texas vs. Stanford
Memphis/Miss St. vs. Michigan St.

I have no idea what CBS will do with that, although my guess is that Texas/Stanford and Kansas/Villanova won't be on at the same time.

I'll go with:
Texas vs. Stanford and Wisconsin vs. Davidson as the early games (tips approx at 6:15)
Kansas vs. Villanova and Memphis/Miss St. vs. Michigan St. as the late games.

edit: I changed my mind. I think the above will be flip-flopped due to Stanford being the only west coast team. An early tip time for Texas/Stanford would mean an approximate 4:30 start time in California. I kind of wonder if they would do that. Seems like they'd be able to get better ratings overall (for all 4 games combined) if they pushed our game to an approx. 8:30 CST (6:30 PST) start time.

It's going to be a terrible layout if you actually want to see the players play. Court in the center of the football field, seats around the court, rising to the stands, etc.

If you want to be there, don't have a field seat and don't mind watching a big screen, it'll be fine.

In the past Reliant has set up the basketball court across one end like at the Alamodome (I.E. the end zone seats become the sideline seats for basketball). That wasn't too bad. Now in preparation for the Final Four in a few years, they are putting the court at midfield and in the same direction as football. the Reliant people have come on the radio and said their won't be a bad seat in the house. The only bad thing (a big one) is that the upper deck seats will be a long way from the court. Binoculars will help quite a bit though.
I think they are also bring in sideline court side seats and installing them with a fairly flat slope from the court up and over probably the 10th or 15th row of the regular Reliant Seats, Then the regular Reliant seats will be used. I think.
