Oklahoma just beat Oklahoma State to get them out of our way. This was necessary as OSU had an advantage over us if they had the same number of losses. (cancelled series against OU).
Now TEXAS has 4 games left: TECH, ISUx2, BU. ISU and BU are two teams near the bottom of the pack, but if our bats aren't hot, anything can happen. TECH's game is tonight. this will be a very dangerous game for TEXAS. All of TEXAS's games are away.
OU only has the two games against KU and at home.
TEXAS has an insurance loss. That would leave them tied with OU for the title assuming OU wins their last two games. I am not sure who would be the #1 seed then.
An outright title would do wonders for this program. Blaire will continue to get better and to have her for 4 years will be amazing. (I know OU also has a pretty salty freshmen of their own).
So....here's to TEXAS winning all the rest of the games.
