I think he is referring to the people wearing Texas stuff at the game. Not sure if they had an association to the Findlay team because they were sitting right behind the bench...but I hadnt seen any Texas stuff up till yesterday. It sure was cool to see the Texas gear though.
I was one of those people. My buddy and I were sitting directly behind the Findlay gatorade cooler- I had a Texas hat on and a black sweatshirt. There were a handful of Texas fans there- none for blow U or many of the other schools these kids were committed to. Horns were the only people out in force. Here's some pics from the game. Dex vs. Tiny next year will be a lot of fun to watch.
Here's a pic from the semis- best in line shot I got of Thompson and Bradley, but unfortunately Thompson's covering his face. The kid covering Bradley, Curtis Joseph (#23), was really good, and only a freshman.
pardon my grammar. but, thanks for the pics. that's great that the horns were out in force. in most shots of the crowd, there was at least 1 or 2 longhorn jerseys/hats, etc. my favorite was the young girl wearing a #12 football jersey with hat. she was on one of the front rows and was shown a lot.
Not at all. Both teams were all business. Two kids in front of us tried to get Bradley's autograph before the game, and he was having none of it. Just said he might afterwards.
