As I have stated on the other polling thread (where this poll is referenced amongst others), there are at least four current polls in TX, with an average margin favoring HRC by 10 points. RealClearPolitics, which a non-partisian group generally considered to be the repository of polling has not included the ARG poll, possibly to the massive statstical analomy that it represents with ever other poll taken.
