very aggressive baserunning in the 3rd....after a pick off, we have runners on 2nd and 3rd w/ 1 out.......looks like Augie wants our guys to run on OU and take their chances.....OU's kind of on their heels in the field right now

OU starter chased, gives up a cheap run scoring double, then sets 2 down....end of 3rd, TEXAS up 4-3.

Bottom seven now, Horns still lead 4-3. Cole went 6 innings and was replaced by Milner who set Sooners down in order in top of seventh. Horns have 8 hits to Sooners three. This is a huge game and huge series as we are tied with aggy for conference lead but have to go on road to the Corn next week while they get a bottom feeder at home this week and next.
 
Hello everyone, Go Horns and Hook em! According to Big 12 standings Nebraska is a terrible 5 - 10 this year, what is up with that? Corn usually has a solid baseball team.
 
Nebraska has been bad this year but its on the road where the Horns are only .500 and its hard to sweep on road while aggy likely gets a sweep so we need to not lose ground rest of this weekend.

Horns now batting in bottom of 8th runner on second with two out, still leading 4-3.
 
Horns cant scratch across insurance run. Top Nine on tap with one run lead.

Knebel on now to try and close out game. He has 13 saves on year and 0.95 ERA.

OU short stop Bushyhead (yes thats his name) up, he had triple and 2 RBI's early in game, and he is HBP. So runners now on first and second with two down.

That Bushyhead kid at short....MLB talent. Funny name, expect a lot of ribbing when he goes to NY or Oakland /SF
 
aggy is getting drilled by Mizzou so Horns should be all alone in first place after today with 1 game lead. Nightmare weekend for our "friends from B/CS" up in Columbia so far.

was at the game--nice bounce back win for the 'Horns, especially with our record on Saturdays and being down 3-1--Cole regained his stuff, thank goodness, and may continue to be on track---Way to go
