With the ball under thrown and the defensive back having a better chance to catch the ball as a receiver you can't worry about trying to catch the ball you just got to punch it down punch the ball down to the ground so that it's not intercepted

Moore wasn't open. Normally I'd say just don't throw that pass at all, but down 14 late and getting no help all game, I understand taking the risk and throwing up a jump ball, even though given that it was 1st down he still should have declined to do so.
